1. This is a special tournament to reach ELO rating in 9 days. Usually to reach it it is necessary to play with 9 FIDE rated players but if somebody goes to an Open chess event, nobody guarantees him/her, that gets 9 games against them.

2. Here we guarantee 9 games against rated players, ELO average usually 2080- 2150, practically if somebody makes 3.0 - 3.5 points, he/she can see his name in the FIDE list with above 2005 rating in half a year.

3. The playing system:

1st day: rated row 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
nonrated row 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9

2nd day: rated row 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
nonrated row 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 1

etc. until the 9th day, Sunday.
